I eat jabs for breakfast. In fact, I would welcome some distraction while training: I lift, you jab, I bob, you jab again, I weave, you throw a straight, I backflip while holding the barbells, we rest for a minute and we're back at it.id would touch ya with teh jab if you came to my gym
