LOL, did you even watch Pride? Cro Cop, Herring, Nogueira, Randleman, Goodridge are not even close to what you described. All those guys were pretty athletic HWs. Most of the HWs in Pride were pretty fast for HWs. What you're describing is the HW division of today.
