"Hey" Mickey Gall calls out the weasel Ariel to his face

Never forgiving Ariel for that shit he pulled with Platinum Princess ... POS

although it's funny he put @UL on ignore :D

ariel is shit. he thinks he's a journalist. he's more like a Mexican soap opera writer. I don't find his interviews interesting at all

I had to stop after a minute. I think this is what I heard:

1. In the past, Gall called out a retired fighter, Dan Hardy.
2. Ariel had Dan in the studio.
3. While Dan was in the studio, Ariel called Gall up on the phone to ask him if he really meant to call Dan out?
4. Gall was hungover and likes to party (but then clarified that he doesn't drink often) and was not ready for the phone call.
5. Gall wished Ariel would have given him a heads up that he was going to be talking on the air about the call out, while Dan was in the studio.
6. Gall states that if Ariel does stuff like that, he will piss off a bunch of fighters.
7. Ariel states that he is a journalist and his job is to piss people off.

Reading between the lines:

1. Gall isn't as articulate as I would have imagined.
2. Ariel likes to cozy up to fighters to get them to trust him (and to come on his show/open up some insider knowledge to him). Then, doesn't act like their friend when it suits him.
3. Fighters (and the UFC) want Ariel to be an extension of their marketing team. However, Ariel is really part of the marketing arm of Ariel.
4. Thanos defeats the Avengers in Avengers Infinity War. But, Peter Parker uses the Soul Stone to bring them back in Avengers 4. Then, they defeat Thanos.
5. This sets up Phase 4 of the MCU.

A guy drops a challenge on another guy and then complains he didn't have a enough time to come up with something clever to say when the dude he called out gets in his face???? Geebus, I'm a Conor hater but that guy delivers every time... If you want promotion then always be ready to back up your shit talk... with more shit talk. This is fighting not a knitting class...

Everybody wants McGregor money and exposure but not everybody can do what he can (great, now I'm starting to sound a Conor fanboy...)
As for instigating and staging fake shit in MMA: "It's REAL to me dammit..."

Remember the time when GSP & Anderson shouted and tweeted their way to a title shot?

Heck, Saki has done more to warrant a money fight than the guys who call out guys on podcasts.

Ariel needs to stand his ground sooner than later.Too many fighters clown him.
The clowning of all time is when Ariel tried to "squash" the beef between him and Quinton and rampage knew what he meant but instead looks him in the face and says "squash beef, ok - in Memphis that means we're throwing down so are you ready and poor Ariel obviously backpedaled trying to say what he meant (as if rampage didn't know). That was the "fuck you" moment that Ariel should've administered (rampage wasn't going to hit him).Everything would've been different from that point on.
Oh well

Ariel will taunt him by getting Chris Horodecki to steal his girl.

Not even that part about your dad

wrapping his drunk ass around that tree?

You know, I can't figure out, though,

is what... What were you doing
in the passenger seat?

Why didn't you just drive?

Wow, talk about dropping the ball there.

Cant stand Ariel. Hoping one day he goes to far and gets slapped around.
rumor has it ariel got the old "we need a word with you in the back" treatment. i believe ariel leaked brock coming back for ufc 200 or maybe it was another event and danas security escorted ariel from the front row to the back stage. then ariel gos on his show crying up a storm talking about how i all his years of journalism hes never been treated that way.

if anyone has any more details or if im mixing up event feel free to chime in or correct me.

Partly
His crying was accompanied by "I can no longer cover the sport I love" which was complete BULLSHIT
All that changed was he could no longer get VIP/Press access.
He was in UFC catering when he tweeted & ruined the Brock surprise ... ;)

He still could be at fights, cover UFC & have UFC guest on his show, but he cried he could no longer be backstage & in press row.

so were the rumors of him getting the back door treatment all made up? i remember hearing he got roughed up

Aw man, fuck it, im on Team Nose.

Ariel asks shit we all want someone to ask. Boo hoo if peeps get rustled.

wut?

he straight up called him an antagonizer...

Watch the video you linked. Gall complained that Ariel didn't give him a heads up so he could hype up his call out even furthur (blow that shit up). So it sounds like Gall was complaining that Ariel wasn't instigating things further.

He could have been roughed up by one of Dana White's bodyguards. The whole thing has been discussed alot here, Dana made up some story about Ariel getting a leak from his UFC contacts.

Ariel is the ultimate Shertard who actually landed a job where he can ask fighters all the stupid questions about things only the lowest basement dwelling Shertards care about. His concept of investigate journalism is getting an inside connection at the UFC to tell him about an upcoming matchup so he can get the "scoop". He openly insults the fighters he interviews with his smarmy, passive aggressive comments. It's amazing that more fighters haven't caught on to his BS and told him to go to hell.
He is a whiny little schmuck who deserves nothing more than to be smashed in the face repeatedly.

Honestly the whole "fighters getting tough with Ariel" thing is getting old. This reminds me of when Eminem was feuding with Christina Aguilera and Brittany Spears, talking mad shit and acting like a tough guy. Even if those broads were annoying Eminem is a bitch made little twerp for trying to be a tough guy to them. Same with these fighters, always giving interviews to the guy and then acting like hard-asses. Stop giving him interviews then!

And I love Mickey Gall thinking he's a UFC star all of a sudden, can't wait for him to start losing, fade into obscurity and never have to hear his name again

Yeah, especially guys who can't even manage to do it properly when given the chance...

Gall better put some respect on Ariel's name or else.

It's pretty interesting that fighters out of all people are so sensitive when it comes to these things. It's show business, journalists are going to instigate and create entertainment. Deal with it and learn to play the game.

You put "scoop" in quotes when referring to something that literally is a scoop.

You call him a Shertard when he's obviously above average in intelligence.

I will agree with you that he can be smarmy at times, instigating shit & trying to get in fighters' personal business.

However, that does not represent the majority of what he does. For the most part, he provides hours of top notch interviews week after week, surpassing any other source in terms of the quality of fighters he lines up. His dedication, hard work, & willingness to risk his career, prove that he isn't motivated by money or fear, but by his love of the sport.

Saying he deserves to be physically beaten is Shertarded as fuck, but you're a noob so I wouldn't expect too much more from you. IMG_7888.JPG

he leaked the news about Brock's return at UFC 200 hours before the UFC was gonna drop the promo as a surprise... doing so just so he could selfishly be the first one to break the news. The UFC took his credentials... rightfully so, imo, then he got on his show crying and acting like he didn't understand what he did or why they were upset with him.
Lol ok I remember that. Never knew the reason behind him crying on his own show though
