Trail Run. Nice and easy 130-150bpm. I find these LISS runs speed up my recovery rather than hinder, as long as I maintain the effortless pace.

Deadlift day. The 295 and 305lb reps felt solid. Tight and under control. Could've doubled the reps but decided to keep it conservative and quit while still fresh...DLs tend to hit me hard in terms of recovery.
