Shortened the distance and added intensity. Averaged about 20 seconds for the sprint intervals. Went with a lighter bell than normal but stuck with 2H Swings.

Been a while since I posted but still training regularly.

Training for a new goal starting this week...so seems like the perfect time to get back to logging my workouts. Always feel a little more accountable when I do!

Will be starting a 6-12 week mass building phase starting in a day or two. Target is an additional 10lbs of muscle.

I'll be using TB's Operator I/A template (high volume option)along with 2-3 short cardio sessions every week.

Muay Thai training will be on hold.

Figuring out macros and tdee, will post up all of that in a day or two once I get all my ducks lined up.
