5dimes released it. Got AJ at +100 for 5u

edit: and u1.5 (+155) for 1.5u

double edit: its actually u2.5, not 1.5. i always accidentally type 1.5 lol

BTW regarding AJ ITD versus TKO:

Last time out, AJ KO was +148 while his ITD line was +144. Assuming a similar price this time, I don't think its very likely that AJ subs DC but the line is so close that you HAVE to play ITD in my opinion just in case an RNC or something happens. No need to be greedy with such little difference

DC getting older and AJ getting better.. im with ya on AJ

Damnit, I don't check for an hour and they release the lines. Rumble now -110. I'm gonna wait and see if I can get him at even money or better.

You won't just hit it now

AJ +110 at Sportsbook for those that may have a few bucks there.

Looks like Corey Anderson and Jimi Manuwa scheduled to headline UFN 107 in London

LOL.

Holly is now the dog at Bet365, 2.00 vs 1.80 for GDR.

Why are people smashing AJ? He's gonna quit if he's taken down once just like the first fight, no?

He's gonna send DC's head flying, we saw how he did when he barely connected. BUT people are also playing the line.

Why is he going to do it this time if he failed the last time?
AJ truly has wiped the LHW with scary KO's over Bader and Glover since his last fight with DC. These guys were 1 win away from the TS. DC was in a war with Gus, had a mediocre outing no matter how dominant it was against Silva and he's getting up there in age. IIRC he was injured before he pulled out of 207. Age plus wars can deteriorate the chin. I fully believe AJ can land the punch. I dunno if DC can take it, he rolled with it last time and didnt land flush. He smartly reverted to his wrestling afterwards. Ill take a punt on the power puncher as the dog.

Thats foolish thinking right there though. Its like saying "He couldnt punch him last time, how's he gonna do it this time" and "Conor couldnt beat Diaz the last time, so how's he gonna do it this time"

Wear and tear is an argument sure but we havn't seen it yet so I would like a better line than evens. I dont think the Silva performance was bad, he dominated him. Silva has a good defensive guard.

It's not foolish to use their last fight as an indicator of how this fight could play out. It would be foolish not to.

You're right, we don't have tangible proof that DC is slowing down, but the writing is on the wall IMO. Since his last fight with Rumble (May 2015) he's been in a 5 round war with Gus, tore a ligament in his leg, and tore a tendon in his groin which I believe required surgery. Also, when this fight happens he'll be 38 years old. Meanwhile, Rumble has been racking up KOs against the rest of the top guys in the division and at 32 years old (he'll be 33 when the fight happens) it seems like his confidence is at all time high and he's hit his physical peak.

DC was dropped with a shot that didn't land perfectly in the first fight and Rumble overextended looking to finish and got him self taken down. There was almost too full rounds of grappling that ensued before the choke. IMO we saw the best DC in the first fight, but not the best Rumble.

Also, DC has stated that he's going to stand and bang in this fight. Not that I believe him, but it's at least worth noting.
