Why aren't all the academies banding together to put at end to this bullshit?

A few of the academies up here in QLD have banded together and created the Queensland Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu League. Queensland Brazilian Jiu Jitsu League

They have had 1 comp so far, and it was really well run, very proffessional with all the electronic timers etc. And the second qbjjl comp is being held on the 19th of June.

Oh, they use the IFBJJ rules, not the AFBJJ rules, so yay guillotines.

Thats good in theory, but it will surely degenerate into a turf war like when the Australian Boxing Association was involved in a bitter feud with the rebel Sunstate Boxing League, where boxers fighting in 1 were banned from the other and bullshit like that, which started over watering down of the rules like the ABJJF garbage. "We will always protect the neck"..... wtf..... darce chokes can be cranks, are they going to be banned also? Even triangles can be cranks, what about that? Morons.

I don't think it will come to that. Hopefully they will get enough complaints and the rules will get changed to match the international rules.
