The bigger problem here is that I'm betting the company's president is going to continue dressing like a teenager while the fighters will be dressed up. If Dana White is so concerned with how mainstream audiences will view his sport, he ought to start with the guy in the mirror. If the JUST fought for the UFC, and nothing else, they would only be independent contractors, but they are also required to partake in other activities.

A workout is not a performance. Performance in the context of Performance Enhancing Drugs does not include every action a person carries out. If you took it that way, then Aspirin and Tylenol would also be PED's that 90% of people are taking. Virtually every medication would be a PED. It is a ludicrous argument which holds no weight.

Performance in Performance Enhancing Drugs refers to performing in an athletic competition. You clearly don't understand the term.
