So who is brave enough to grab that ball and run.

Male lions have hairy elbows? Hmm. You learn something new every day.

Get a long set of hemostats for feeding. There are some good ones 18"-24" people use for feeding hots

Hey @Zookeeper Gabe , I have a question that ive been thinking about for a bit.

You know how the main criticism of zoos thats always thrown around is "its a prison for animals" "they are caged" etc etc.
How often do animals actually roam around in the wild? I mean i know the question is relative to the animal in question, but it got me thinking.
Lions for example, arent they usually content in their area and then traverse out in the hunt for food, before returning back to their pride / area.
The same goes for Animal migrations, which take place for that same reason, food/water/climate. If these were supplied / fixed, wouldnt the animal be content in their space?

Granted the zoo is well funded and updated, i.e. the San Diego Zoo, shouldnt a lot of these animals be content in their "large" enclosures, getting fed regularly

Im sure i could probably google this, but id rather hear someones live take.
