How did they determine the age of the tooth?
Just like fossils found on land, it's based on the sediment around the tooth.

It's generally done via Radiometric dating combined with Stratigraphy. A fossil can be directly dated radiometrically, but it's usually not necessary as long as its host stratographic layer is already identified. So how did they determine the age of the sediment?
I'd walk away too, it's got that look in its eye.View attachment 896091
This anhinga tried to get me to fight it with the classic "come at me, bro" pose, but since it was a lady I had to swallow my pride and walk away.
Trust me. I've got a couple that live in my back yard. This bitch was aching for a fight.@hohner don’t be dramatic, it’s just drying off. But they are good at going for the eyes
So far the technology isn’t quite there when it comes to UvB and LeDs, all of the testing I’ve seen is all over the place. Some of them lost all uvb within days and others degraded writhing a few months. It it’s getting closer though, zoomeds product is significantly better and I’m still not sure if I would use it.@Zookeeper Gabe have you seen any feedback on the VivTech UV LED bulbs?
