So walking along Rock Hollow trail in Ellisville, MO my dog and I spotted a reptilian critter. This was his first encounter with a copperhead snake. The animal encounter will allow my dog to properly develop and mature.

One of my friends hunts a lot with dogs (and birds he’s into falconry) out in New Mexico. Since he encounters venomous snakes so often he’s trained his dogs on snake avoidance.

You're underestimating the submission game of kangaroos.

Three dogs die and meet God at the gates to heaven. God asks each of them what they believe. He first asks the doberman which answers, I believe in hard work, discipline and loyalty to master. God says, "Good! Here is a seat on my left." Next he asks the poodle. The poodle answers, I believe in love, compassion and peace on earth. God says, "Good! Here is a seat on my right." Lastly, he asks the akita who looks him in the eye and says, "I believe you're in my seat."

I love raptors getting into falconry would be awesome. I have a big enough backyard for a huge enclosure but obviously it’s something that would never happen, Ohio does have the OFA if you want to get started though.

Would be cool to build a bond with the bird and go on hunts.

Liveaquaria looks to have converted their website over and they're swinging for the fences. They've got stuff listed from the premier coral farms in the us like ORA , Jason Fox, Biota, and themselves. Their corals are listed if they're wild collected, maricultured (farmed in the sea), or aqua cultured (farmed indoors). They even state if they're grown in the US.
They've stepped up their fish game as well, there's over 50 different clown fish from ORA and a whole bunch of other captive bred stuff. They've even got F1 generation pairs!
I'm really impressed, I hope they can keep it up.

@Zookeeper Gabe How are the animals doing? Have you noticed any behavioral changes due to the animals not being around humans?

We’ve been open for Almost a few months now, none of them really cared it seemed like. Had no really behavioral changes even in the primates and elephants.

Those things really are gorgeous, but I always worry for anything that has that small of a home range becoming popular. It’s real easy to Over collect really fast

From what I've read the care requirements for them are really difficult to reproduce so most collected for the pet industry are destined to a cruel death.
