Zero VS Klotz

I hate to say it... But the Squat is probably the most "telling" of all lifts...

and what does it tell you

I just mean that the Squat is probably the hardest lift to cheat. It's probably the greatest indicator of strength (compared to the other 2 lifts).

And you're still both relatively close on that... So it could go either way.

i think its easy to cheat because of depth.
