I've always thought he has consistently been the best for a while now.

Yves is definitely one of the best. When I see him in the cage I have a lot of confidence that the fight won't be influenced by shitty reffing; 99 times out of a 100 he'll officiate it as the fight should be. Everyone makes a mistake, but his are few and far between.

This is the stupidest thing I have ever seen since the first time I went on the internet...lavigne is terrible at his job, and he's a bigot towards Canadian fighters not from Quebec. He's inconsistent and erratic, and his behaviour is swayed by crowd reaction. Mazzagatti probably sends him a xmas card every year thanking him for making it so that he's not the absolutely worst ref in professional sports
