I'm not watching the video in the OP, but from the responses it seems the issue is more about viewers sexualizing videos that kids post rather than anything graphic being posted to Youtube.

Unfortunately, creepy pedos have access to the Internet too, and kids these days post videos. My kids use an app called Tik Tok, where they post dumb shit like doing flips on the trampoline.

The videos are harmless enough. You can't stop sickos from seeing what they want to see in some random video.

The algorithm stuff is far more interesting. People have been running these kinds of "rabbit hole" tests on Youtube for a while, where they just keep clicking on weirder and weirder content, and seeing where it lands them. What's odd about this one, is that it appears that the algorithm has been manipulated by something(maybe code words), to plant you in all these kid videos after about two or three searches of mildly sexually related material. This guy just typed in "Bikini"-something, and within two clicks he was being recommended all these kid videos, and nothing but kid videos. That shit is just strange, and Youtube definitely needs to take a look at it.

Yeah But Youtube needs fucking ban or even report those commenters it is now apparent Youtube is not kid friendly and yeah parents need to really monitor what their kids do online preferably forbid them from uploading any videos or pictures of them selves in social media you just never know what sort of perverted fuckers they can attract and trigger.

I think the algorithm is working like it's supposed to. Youtube has always suggested videos based off of your viewing history (both recent and old). If it's a brand new account then Youtube has literally nothing to go by other than what you have just clicked on. So they're obviously going to suggest similar videos to the one you just watched.

The same thing has been discovered for what they are calling soft kiddie porn. While no nudity has been posted that I am aware of, the children in these videos are certainly being exploited by pedophiles. They are gathering in the chat discussion and posting timestamped links to shit they think other pedos will enjoy. They are also leaving highly disturbing comments and youtube is apparently doing nothing of value as they are receiving massive ad revenue of these vids which include ads from multiple fortune 500 companies.

Not surprising. Youtube recently deleted one of my favorite channels, called "POP Squad." It was sort of like To Catch a Predator, but where they were much more intimidating toward to the pedos. Kinda shows whose side YT is on.

Yeah, my initial impression was a little off. He types in "Bikini haul" and clicks on the top vid. He hits the next one, and most of his list is still related to the search, but there is one vid of kids in among the rest. He clicks on the kid vid, and then all of his suggested vids are kid vids. So yeah, the algorithm might be working for the most part, but it is a little strange how that one initial video sneaks in there(in the top 5) with nothing to suggest he was interested in kids. Although, the kids were in swimsuits, so I guess there is a correlation that the algorithm could identify with.
