I know that there are lot of GOAT-tier movies out there, but this is challenge for you. Let's narrow it down to your top 5.

Not your "favorite 5", but your top 5 movies ever in terms of quality or how great, memorable, and effective these films are to you. Don't put movies you haven't watched!

I previously listed my top 5 favorite I didn't read the OP just the title. This kind of changes things.

1. A Clockwork Orange-
2. 2001
3. Paths of Glory
4. Rocky
5. The Shinning

A Clockwork Orange, 2001, and the Shinning are great works of art, but I watched them all on separate occasions After dropping LSD.

Paths of Glory is probably the best anti war movie ever made. I also saw this when I was in the Army doing a tour in the Middle East.

Rocky was my favorite movie as a kid and used to get me hyped as shit. It honestly held a huge influence on my childhood.

I haven't seen that bro. I wouldn't have guessed a film called Sorcerer would be a Wages of Fear remake. It seems to be pretty highly rated though so maybe I'll check it out

It was only called Sorcerer for marketing purposes, as it was the follow-up film from the director of The Exorcist. Pretty dumb, borderline fraudulent decision from the suits, but still a good movie.

I've never actually seen Citizen Cane. I don't have a problem getting into old movies either, I just never got around to watching it.
