Everything before Sammy Hagar.

I don't see why there has to be a division amongst DLR and Sammy fans.

They both made some fantastic songs, in my top 10 it's split 5/5 between DLR & Sammy and I didn't plan it out that way.

I love me some Diamond Dave, and I also love me some Red rocker.

Both brought something unique to the band.

The problem was with Eddie/Alex (mostly Eddie) they couldn't think clearly due to their alcoholism and their egos and made some bad decisions thanks to a new manage who wanted to and successfully poison the band and push Sammy out.

David Lee Roth on the other hand is a perpetual child.

I'm glad Sammy and Eddie were able to make amends towards the end.

Either way, I love both eras.
