You didn't read your own link. She was upset about the partisanship that the hearings have reverted to. She did not say a single word about Kavanaugh's judicial leanings.

@Trotsky's statement was that Kavanaugh has a more right-leaning judicial philosophy than the justice that he is replacing.

Try again Trotsky nuthugger. The above person meets all the criteria Trotsky mentioned and the ENTIRE article is of her calling Kavanaugh the perfect person for the job and why, showing his unbiased character.

Every single time Trotsky is challenged with something that cant be refute, he disappears and you appear and do the exact same thing, ignore the major parts of the post and dismantle what he says...starting to wonder if you are a sockpuppet account.

There could not be a law written more clearly than the one allowing the POTUS to impose a travel ban. The fact that Ginsburg and Sotomayor voted against it says they have no ethics or principles whatsoever. And no respect for the law.

Liberal or conservative should not be an issue with judges, it should be people committed to upholding the laws and the Constitution, not voting based on if they support something or not.
