Smoked trout or a grilled salmon steak.

Really I love the battered snapper from the fish n chip shop the most but I'm trying to live right.

Pretty much this, though I like the battered flake (shark) that we usually have here. Smoked trout with dill and cream cheese on crackers is pretty epic.
