Your Favorite Bellator Memories

Well...

Imada's sub of Masvidal
Travis Wiuff beating thier LHW champion on a non title bout
King Mo calling Rebney a Dickrider
Karl Amoussou SOTY over Bryan Baker
Jessica Eye standing arm triangle choke over Zoila Frausto
All of Chandler x Alvarez fights
Chandler getting trolled by his stool
Manhoef x Kato
Kato x Joe Schilling fights (even the kb one)
Very good list here.

If you think about it, the King Mo vs Rampage fight was literally the final major event in the Bjorn era. That was his sendoff. Getting accused of dickriding by Muhammad Lawal. And then the takeover happened with the "MEXICO!" Tweet. James Thompson vs Eric Pringles was technically the last Bjorn event but not major by any means.

Wiuff beating M'Pumbu was hilarious. Bellator's LHW title lineage visually increase in quality as the years go. M'Pumbu > Vegh > Newton > McGeary > Davis > Bader > Nemkov.

Kato beating Schilling at kickboxing was the greatest moment in Bellator Kickboxing history. Nobody will change my mind on that.

Emmanuel Newton SLEEPING King Mo with a spinning back fist... then catching him on the way down before his head could hit the mat. What a nice guy.

When they were having tournaments, producing talent and had all home grown champions. Once UFC castaways started holding multiple titles and the Bellator branded talents went elsewhere it was losing steam for me. The Coker corporate era sucked. They did start signing more prospects and returning to being less of a retirement home at towards the end but it was too late.

According to Scott Coker, he was offered to keep his position after PFL bought Bellator, but he declined. In retrospect, I think he knew the problems Bellator's fighters would have under the new owners, so he left.
