You should favor fluffy for one simple reason

Strickland and Fluffy are both at their best when theyre on the front foot but Strickland is far more willing to let people put him on the backfoot than fluffy is. Fluffy will have an easier time doing what hes best at for 5 rounds than strickland will. So fluffy probably takes this one.

I rewatched fluffy vs Allen and 1 thing I noticed is Fluffy overcommits to bad positions. He losses position due to this and once on his back or reversed can settle for bad positions if flattened out. He also wasn't defensively savvy once forced into a defensive position and was content to eat shots without showing urgency.

For me this fight comes down to if Sean actually wants it or will be content on going the distance like he did against Dricus. If Sean shows up with that cunt mentality he takes it, otherwise it'll Sean with that sad look in his eyes happy to the distance
