He doesn’t need a rematch but it would be a big money fight especially if Conor looks good. But even more than that I’d like a catch weight fight with GSP. I think now they could do it without worrying about GSP abandoning the belt if he wins. Also if they can make sure Tony gets a couple wins that fight would be easy to sell.

Except most rematches are earned by winning a minimum of 2-3 more fights against legit contenders. Conor has done none of that.

Absoltuely. Every fighter of note has a special rivalry that lasted more than a single fight. Its one if the things that make them truly special. Khabib has so much potential to be tne best ever. Instead he chose to quit at his peak right when thingd were starting to get good.
