He can submit both Conor and Khabib.
And he is the real LW champ.

I know Sherdog tends to forget fast, but damn guys. People act like he wouldn't be the most dangerous guy that either Khabib or Conor have ever faced

  • Highest win percentage in UFC history (92.31%) (apart from unbeaten fighters, and the only notable are Khabib and Ortega, anyway)
  • Longest winning streak in lightweight division history (Ten)
submits everyone
tons of Fight of the night performances and performances of the night
fights everyone, no ducking
best BJJ at Lightweight, iron chin
goes to war in his fights
worked his way up the rankings the old-fashioned way

I love Tony and think he'd probably beat Conor. But he ain't beating Khabib..

The fighters I beat my meat over are in my signature, and Tony is not one of em.

But as MMA fans we have to recognize fucking greatness such as Tony displays. Dude is a Warrior.
If you can't respect that, I don't know why you enjoy MMA?

Tony is average? Show me a single fighter that has racked up a 10-fight winstreak in the UFC's toughest division. Oh wait, you can't.

If Tony really does have an iron chin, he could take those straight lefts from Conor and wait for him to inevitability gas. Then all he has to do is get him to the ground and submit him later in the fight.

Anything can happen, but I'd still heavily favor Khabib..

Tony's best bet imo is his endless cardio. If he can drag Khabib into the late rounds in a high paced fight he might be able to pull it off..
 
I think just about everyone knows who Tony is unless they don't follow MMA much.Anyways Tony for sure has a chance at subbing Khabib and anyone who thinks there is no chance is a dummy.I like both fighters and I would like to see how it plays out.Oh and yeah fuck Conor Tony is the real champ right now.

Yeah, he's a 200+lb man, fighting 1-2 weight classes below where he should be, despite making weight.

Also no way Tony is a MW, not even a decent-sized WW.

Almost every fighter tries to maximize their weight-cut, you'd have to shit on 3/4 of the roster if that concerns you.
 
Haha submitting khabib?? Nobody submits a grappling god. No degree of jiu jitsu will help Tony believe me.
 
I never liked T ferg ever since he and one of his fat corner guys dogged the shit outta me at a beer line at the Orange County fair. He has skill tho no doubt. He don’t want these hands lmao
