Why people keep bumping this thread?

TS didn't even say Eddie was gonna win easily or something like that. He just acknowledged how good Eddie is.

That's why McG is impressive. He didn't just beat a bum

To be fair, the OP was quite confident about his prediction and the backlash he is still receiving is quite understandable. It is coming from Mcgregor fan's after all.

But now TS is trying to discredit the win over Eddie and the win over Aldo and literally everything else Conor has ever done. So at this point, it's more than just acknowledging how good Eddie is. It's pretty pathetic when it's the Conor fans having to defend Eddie Alvarez from the Eddie Alvarez "fans"

I know. It happened after the Aldo fight, it happened after the Mendes fight, it happened after the Poirier fight, it happened after the Brandao fight...

You'd think that after winning 2 titles in 2 divisions he'd get some credit. Instead, his detractors have doubled-down on their blind hate. Of course, insulting one of the greatest accomplishments in the sport's history really demeans the sport as a whole (and, in turn, the fans...i.e. the haters themselves), but so long as Conor doesn't look good, they're more than satisfied.

- Cardio for days, looks the same in rounds 4 and 5 as the first round.
- Heart for days. Let you knock him down or rock him, if his body lets him he'll keep coming.

People keep saying that Conor will defeat him with ease on the feet...

You do know Eddie's chin is probably just as good as Nate Diaz, you know Nate, the guy that Conor couldn't put away in almost 35 minutes of fighting?

Conor has a chance, he always does when it's standing, but stop talking about Eddie Alvarez like you even know who he is or have followed his career at all.

On the other hand, I cannot understand how so many people banter this thread when the main premise still stands true. It's like those who hate Fedor, and always called him a can crusher - imagine those guys predicting Werdum would beat him, without even knowing who Fabricio is. Then Fabricio gets the choke and the W, and then all those bozo's come out and start shouting "see I told you! He's all hype".

You cannot predict fights when you don't know the second party within the fight. If you luck out and Conor wins, then great, you look like a genius now. Reality is, 90% of his fans are just blind, homosexual fanboys.

Analyse the fights and stop sucking dick is my message to those.

Anyone who's pinning there hopes on Tony Ferguson is in for a shock too, Conor will make him look as silly as he did Eddie while it's on the feet, and I don't see him getting Conor down or keeping him down even of he does.
