Xyience supplements

I hate all the blatent plugs on tuf. Mon is was watching and they showed rich hand a can to someone and the camera zoomed in on it. rich then asked someone if they needed a can and he stutered like he was caught off guard and goes uh yeah i go through so much of that stuff. it was sickening. i now just associate that stuff with fraud because of that reason.

this is basically what i eat on an avg day

breakfast - bagel w/cream cheese, milk
lunch - somethin fattening like a burger and fries, milk
3:00: optimum whey protein shake
dinner: some kind of meat, vegetables, potatoes
9:00: optimum whey protein shake
11:00: bread w/peanut butter, milk
1:30: optimum whey protein shake

the shakes have like 700 calories, im pretty physically active, i lift 4 days a week, do a lot of stretching and do some cardio/boxing bout 3 days a week

Don't listen to these guys. The truth is, you really aren't eating all that much. There's really no quick way to gain weight. Even if you are roiding, it still mostly comes down to food, and if you are trying to gain muscle, protein. You drink three whey shakes a day, but only eat two real meals. I would ditch one of the shakes (or two if you aren't working out that day) and just eat more food.

Because of its absorbtion rate, whey is perfect to drink first thing in the morning after you get out of bed. You can eat a real meal an hour later (you are trying to gain weight by eating bagels with cream cheese?) and still absorb a great deal of the protein. Throw in a midmorning snack with about 30 grams of protein (a tin of tuna works, or a few hardboiled eggs and some almonds). On days that you work out, drink a shake as soon as you are done, and then have a real meal an hour later. Something with alot of carbs in it, and around 20-30 grams of protein. When I was trying to gain weight, I would eat an entire box of kraft dinner with about 8 ounces of ground beef mixed in. After lifting, your muscles store glycogen very well. Take advantage of that. With your 11pm snack, you still aren't getting enough protein. Finally, before you go to bed, eat a ton of cottage cheese. It is loaded with casein, which absorbs slowly and prevents your body from sucking off your muscles while you sleep. Whey absorbs slowly and does nothing to fight off catabolism while you are sleeping.

There is no real secret to gaining weight. You just have to eat more. Alot more. Whey is great, but it is no substitute for real food. Some additional supplements you might want to look into are fish oil pills, creatine, and zma. I don't know what your weight routine looks like, but you might want to look into that too. Spending an hour at the pec dec and doing cable curls and tricep kickbacks is not going to put muscle on your body.

There's like 5-6 different Xyience products. Is NOX-CG3 what everyone is talking about?

The guy saying 4500 cals is too much, is nuts. Go to t-nation.com or bodybuilding.com and post that comment in the forum and you will get flamed the hell out of.

And to go on and say Professional body builders dont comsume that many cals is ignorant. Pros consume that many cals in their bulking stages by lunch time.

Seriously this dude is right, there is no substitute for food. You also have to be aware of your frame and body type. If your built like matt linland, you have to be realistic in that you will never look like vitor. My wife is a nutrionist at the hospital and I didn't gain any weight on what she told me to eat, until I started to eat way more of it. There is no substitution for food. I had a friend that played pro ball for the lions a couple years back and he was a muscular freak. 5'10", 235 lbs, no fat, low 4.3 forties, and he gained weight real fast one summer when he started eating a shit-ton. His normal lunch at work was 5 pb&j sandwiches. 3 apples, 3 bananas, some grapes, a sandwichbag of patato chips, and a lot of water. His rampid steroid use also helped him pack on the muscle though, but it didn't do it until he was eating like that.

Xyience is teh shit.

I started taking it and now i am tearing up fools on the mat left and right, coincidence i think not. I go trhough this stuff so fast and its so effective I would stick a tablespoon of their supps up my ass just to get more in me!!!

years ago when i was younger and began bodybuilding i would spend a ton of money on supplements, and got very good results ate well got plenty of rest trained smart with no injuries. i took some time off lost about 10 pounds. when i got back into it i said to myself damn i cant afford to be buying supplements like i used to .......... and i also said how do i know if they really worked? so i began to do everything i used to except take no supplement. and guess what im in even beter shape then before. i think they are a complete waste of money.the only i thing i can reccomend is a protein powder of some sort and a multivitamin and mineral. so really theres nothing magic out there.
train hard
eat well
get rest
and you will build a impressive physique

they are wayyyyyyy better supplements out there!! all those big brand names really suck, like EAS, Muscle Tech etc...... I do have to mention their models are hot ass fuck!!!

What is it suppose to do exactly.

It's going to make you the best MMA fighter in the world. Atleast that's what it seems like with all the commercials and shit. I'm tired of it.

Do you know how many calories 4500 is? I'm 220 and eat 3000 calories and can gain weight no problem. Unless your downing those seven-11 big gulps with 1000cals each your not consuming 4500 cals.

If your 180 you only need like 2500 cals to gain weight. Just eat a clean diet, lift hard and cut down on any heavy amounts of cardio. If your not sure what your diet should be, visit bodybuiling.com's forums and visit the nutrition section.

Dude....I was training for a triathlon 2-3 hours a day tops.....I was eating 3500+ cals a day and still losing a pound or so a week. I have much less muscle than guys...so I'm sure my metabolism was slower.... and I surely didn't train as hard as some of you. Just cause YOU can or can't do something doesn't mean it's not plausible.

Having said that...if that shit could give me a body like Amber....I'd buy it :)

What is Xyience?

Do you think anything would come up if I were to search it?
I'd love to know more about it.

I too, would like to know what this Xyience is that you speak of.

Is it like steroids? Because that's what my friend told me, and he's huge.

Whatever it is I hope it comes in an injectable form instead of out of that margarita mixer.

why on earth would you necro a thread about xyience

never tried their supplements, but their energy drinks are really good for being sugar free
