Don't listen to these guys. The truth is, you really aren't eating all that much. There's really no quick way to gain weight. Even if you are roiding, it still mostly comes down to food, and if you are trying to gain muscle, protein. You drink three whey shakes a day, but only eat two real meals. I would ditch one of the shakes (or two if you aren't working out that day) and just eat more food.
Because of its absorbtion rate, whey is perfect to drink first thing in the morning after you get out of bed. You can eat a real meal an hour later (you are trying to gain weight by eating bagels with cream cheese?) and still absorb a great deal of the protein. Throw in a midmorning snack with about 30 grams of protein (a tin of tuna works, or a few hardboiled eggs and some almonds). On days that you work out, drink a shake as soon as you are done, and then have a real meal an hour later. Something with alot of carbs in it, and around 20-30 grams of protein. When I was trying to gain weight, I would eat an entire box of kraft dinner with about 8 ounces of ground beef mixed in. After lifting, your muscles store glycogen very well. Take advantage of that. With your 11pm snack, you still aren't getting enough protein. Finally, before you go to bed, eat a ton of cottage cheese. It is loaded with casein, which absorbs slowly and prevents your body from sucking off your muscles while you sleep. Whey absorbs slowly and does nothing to fight off catabolism while you are sleeping.
There is no real secret to gaining weight. You just have to eat more. Alot more. Whey is great, but it is no substitute for real food. Some additional supplements you might want to look into are fish oil pills, creatine, and zma. I don't know what your weight routine looks like, but you might want to look into that too. Spending an hour at the pec dec and doing cable curls and tricep kickbacks is not going to put muscle on your body.
