i does work from my expierence i was a twig and in one month of using it i totally noticed a difference and now i walk around at 180lbs buy it online and save a shit load but you gotta eat right too lots of protien
 
Theres this thing called a Healthy balanced diet and Centorum Performance that is the same thing

No Nitric oxide or estered creatine product can do that for you. Unless water weight is what you are aiming for. For lean solid gains you just need to be dedicated to the diet(both on a macro and micro level) and have a soild routine.

nah ive gained a little weight but its tough eatin 4500 calories and i would like to take somethin so that i could eat say 3500 calories and still gain weight. last year i was like 163 now im like 180...it took an ass load of work though

Xyience is overpriced because of all the advertising costs they have to make up for. Does it work? Yah. Are there other cheaper options out there? Too many to list. Go ask a personal trainer that you trust or head into a supplement store and compare with a sales guy.

Nope no way around cals consumed.
 
Do you know how many calories 4500 is? I'm 220 and eat 3000 calories and can gain weight no problem. Unless your downing those seven-11 big gulps with 1000cals each your not consuming 4500 cals.

If your 180 you only need like 2500 cals to gain weight. Just eat a clean diet, lift hard and cut down on any heavy amounts of cardio. If your not sure what your diet should be, visit bodybuiling.com's forums and visit the nutrition section.
 
dude man u have no idea how my metabolism is...just because u weigh 220 doesnt mean you metabolic rate is the same as mine. my family is very naturally thin and thats why i have to eat much more then u to gain weight
 
bodybuilders are the supplements experts.. go to bodybuilding forums.. they will teach u everything!!
an mma fighter only needs mamas good food + boxing bag + bjj & wrestling teammates!!! = Kharitanov, fedor, alexander are examples of that result!!

I understand you have a fast metabolism but I don't think prof. bodybuilders consume 4500 cals. My guess is your diet isn't very good. Post up what your average day looks like food wise. Also what kind of physical activities you do every day.

anyone know anything about the XLR8 product? does it work?
 
this is basically what i eat on an avg day

breakfast - bagel w/cream cheese, milk
lunch - somethin fattening like a burger and fries, milk
3:00: optimum whey protein shake
dinner: some kind of meat, vegetables, potatoes
9:00: optimum whey protein shake
11:00: bread w/peanut butter, milk
1:30: optimum whey protein shake

the shakes have like 700 calories, im pretty physically active, i lift 4 days a week, do a lot of stretching and do some cardio/boxing bout 3 days a week
 
oh yeah im bout 6'2" and 180, 8% body fat...so im pretty thin for my height
