wtf is jollibee?

Tried it once, it was meh. I hear you gotta get it spicy though because I got the plain one and it was average at best. Nothing special and would not wait more than 10 mins to eat there.

Are the ingredients sourced from Phillipines or USA?

lol it's the Midwest. This is the closest thing to ethnic food they have.

Another Filipino here to chime in that Jollibee is indeed shit. I will never understand the obsession with banana ketchup and hot dogs on spaghetti either.

However, with that said, some of you dudes need to get real Filipino food done right! I don't know if you tried food made by shitty cooks or whatever but Filipino food is awesome.

Banana Ketchup as Spaghetti sauce? Putang inang inang yan!!! What's that recipe of a WW2 Pinoy spag in 1945?

That is Mortal sin for me since I am a Spaghetti fanatic.

Anyway I don't put Ketchup in Spaghatti that is shit,

I prefer Heinz Ketchup all day over the Pinoy local Ketchup...

My wife is from the P.I. and her cooking is amazing!
This is from a dude with a black belt in Southern cooking.

We usually have Pork or beef because I'm allergic to shrimp. :(

YES! We'll always have a few serrano peppers in the pot to add some heat. Delicious!!!!!

Banana Sauce is good on chicken. Doesn't really belong on much else though. Would never eat this shit you described. I see ads for it all the time on GMA.

The wife and I ordered a "pizza" from a place in Phil once, and it was a crusty type of bread, more stale than it was baked, with Banana Sauce on it, a bit of sprinkled cheese and some pineapple. In no way was it similar to pizza and I feel sorry for anyone who thinks that is pizza.
