wtf is a calf slicer?

Don't remember where I read this but someone used the words "Like slamming a weak door with a ****l wedge in it". Either the wood or the hinges are going to shatter.

It feels horrible haha.

It can be performed in a very straight forward fashion...
 
the thing most people dont know about calf slicers and bicep crushers is that when done properly it will easily separate your knee/elbow, which is much worse than the pain on the muscle

Yeah, I got caught in a calf slicer twice in one roll about a year ago when I was still pretty new to bjj. I tapped immediately, and my leg was sore for quite a few days. Nasty sub.

You can easily fuck someone's knee up with this move.

fucking fuuuun submission, it's kinda like the leglock where if you're quick enough you can catch someone with it before they catch you.

shit's left bruises on my calf for days.

you can pull them on people who arent aware of their leg when they're in your halfguard. just lock it down and yank that shit back
 
at my gym we call it a leg screw. and the metnion of it usually followed up with a lot of "thats what she said" as mentioned early it fucking hurts

i was JUST about to post this highlight. this is one of my favorite highlight videos, and genki sudo pulls that calf slicer beautifully.

I got caught in one last week, and I can tell you that I was tapping very enthusiastically once I was caught. Hurts like a mo-fo.
