WS4SB Question

I'm planning on starting the WS4SB on the following page:

I've read other people are doing the same program but are performing the ME upper body exercises with an supersetted exercise. I can't find where it says to do this on the site. Am I missing something?

I'm not positive, but I believe you may be getting the WS4SB 1 and WS4SB 3 programs mixed up.
