If he is that big of a pain in the ass, why would they let him stay? We have seen then ban folks for being pains in the ass.

Because this place doesn't have the highest amount of traffic. He posts a lot, and he has friends here that also post a decent amount. He skirts the rules and gets by but he is a colossal pain in the ass for people. He is always mad, frustrated, complaining, demanding people be removed, banned and has even tried to play moderator for a little bit in threatening people that he will have them 'removed' from this sub forum.

Put it like this. You own a bar. There is a frequent patron. He's pretty annoying, and loud, and vocal. You calm him down a lot, even baby him. He pays. He has friends who also pay. They complain, and complain and complain. You have to discipline him and his friends from time to time. They won't shut up. You house them, allow them to stay despite being a pain in the ass and the main guy who riles up the crowd is the same guy every single time. You start to look at him as a major nuisance.

to make matters worse, the guy riling people up is complaining about your cousin. You aren't going to go against family, and this guy just wont get it.

I think Fawlts rode the line for a while. He has now reformed in a pathetic attempt to make people forget about his past, and become a mod. However, he has reformed, regardless of the reasoning.

I don't want him banned, and I'll do what I can to keep the guy around. But he needs to relax and chill and stop trying to be William Wallace from Brave-heart. Those guys would all post if he wasn't here, I don't think I can ever remember posters leaving here because someone was banned. People always move on.

Like, I appreciate him letting me shack up here but other than say finishing gun projects I have right now all my money is going to paying down debt/truck loan and saving to move out when the lease is up.

His living situation/where he can rent improved a ton after I showed up.
