wrestling take downs

i worked alot of arm drags and throws (i was almost all greco growing up) but for grappling....... i'd say the duck under is the one that works the most for a takedown, that or a double, if they sprawl on you in the double try trappin one of his arms and dump him to the side of the arm. I use that alot as well

You can also use it from the clinch range if you're close enough. If you push too hard they'll make a 360, trying to stand up facing you. This is a perfect time to feed them a knee on their way around.

yeh I started as a wrestler but now do BJJ aswell so if I do it right I land in side control and can work in my pin or submissions and if they do a 360 I usually go for an guillotine or anaconda choke as well as a couple of leglocks every now and then
 
I like any takedown that brings them down to their backs first.
