PWD WrestleMania 40 Night 2: Finished stories and stuff

It was aaiight......just skip the Usos one because it was too Shawn Michaels-y with the overacting "storytelling".

No lies told here. Based on expectations that might have been the worst match of the night. If someone really, really wants to watch night 1 just watch 3 matches: Sami/Gunther, 6 pack tag match and the main event and you're all good. I just don't understand yet what people see in Jey Uso. What am I missing?

So overall what was the concensus on night 1? I’ve read, seen or know absolutely nothing

The main event started slow but saved day 1 from being shitty. Crowd has been dead too. Read that it was colder than the crowd thought and that could have been why. They looked miserable lol .

Did The Final Boss show us something?

I mean, he didn't fuck up anything. He's jacked and handsome and still has top tier charisma/aura so he didn't have to do much to bring a lot to the match. He looked a little gassed in the beginning but I'm gonna cut the brotha some slack there. It wasnt even close to Goldberg needing oxygen in there. Guy looked amazing for a man in his 50s steroids or not. THANK YOU, FINAL BOSS!

He took a table bump which also surprised me.

For as okay as night 1 was I will say they did continue with giving storylines post match. They gave the idea that A-Town Down Under might be involved in night 2 and that a storyline could potentially exist with them, Orton and Owens post-Wrestlemania. Looks like the Gable/Zayn storyline will continue and they started planting the seeds for a Damage CTRL break up.

Still salty about booking Sami over Gunther, now the IC title is just going to get hot potato'd and become meaningless again. Looking forward to tonight though!
