I didn't mean anything by it. I just meant the producers that I work with will really enjoy the footage and that you'll for sure get the job that pays 1k-5k per shoot.

It's getting to the stage we need a police shooting mega-thread.

There used to be a "what did cops do wrong today" thread but if I ever got my hands on it, it would be on version 329 by this time tomorrow.

Yeah, but that was for more minor incidents. Not looking to trivialise the incidents, but the discussions are often so similar and while there's currently only 2 on the main page, there were a lot more than that last week.
 
I used his jambalaya and enchilada recipe this week. Only difference was I couldn't find chorizo for jambalaya so I used kielbasa (only found chicken Andouille) and a verde sauce instead of a red sauce fot the enchiladas.

I want to learn how to make mole.

The enchiladas I admittedly used verde out of a can but I heated up leftover carnitas that I froze about a month and a half ago. Added chopped green chiles to it and then wrapped them in flour tortillas with pepperjack cheese.

Honestly I want to learn how to make these sauces too. I need to start making red green and mole sauces. I know mole takes along time to make though. It’s so rich and has that coffee-ish chocolate, chili type flavor. Amazing stuff

Its fucking killing me. Forget about masks lads, keep your fucking teeth in good order!

You usually have to get them taken out eventually. Just have to be careful for a week or so while the hole heals up or you get that. I avoided it but heard it’s terrible if you get it.

Most good mole is an all day project is my understanding.

Not all that difficult, but you'd probably have to hit up a Hispanic/Latino market for dried peppers to use. You could use fresh, but you won't get the same toasty flavor out of them.
Plenty of those out here to find. Plus they have great flank steak cuts and homemade tacos.
