Its the place for the more chill posters which right now tends to lean left but not nearly as much as some of the mouthbreathers claim.

I wouldn’t necessarily use the term chill since it can be heated in here just like the rest of the place. I see it mainly like how most of the WRers are people who got sick of the heavies but still wanted to chat with people who like MMA, the lounge is people who get sick of the WR but still want to talk to people who like politics.... and MMA. It’s just years long sorting to keep the comfort of the company but shed the annoyance of the redundancy.

God there’s so many stains around here lol

no, 9 times out of 10 you initiate conflict...

you try to butter me up by saying, "uhh...you're a nice guy and alll but......this is why...."

No thanks. flattery will get you nowhere. if you want to have a convo with me, do it in an honest manner, I will reciprocate as such.
I don't tag you simply to antagonize you like you do to me all the time. Here are a few recent ones.
My apologies...

in all fairness, I commented on the thread and only the thread initially.

@Khabib Khanate in a desperate attempt for validation from his WPEM friends tried to start shit.
or Asians.

here's a funny observation for you...count how many times @Khabib Khanate commented in the "attack on Asians" thread.

lol. again...continuing to try and be one of them...an WPEM of all people.
I've been saying this for years.

I wonder what @nicapica thinks of these messages.

@Khabib Khanate your thoughts?
@Khabib Khanate
let's see your "hot take" on this incident.

@Social Distance Warrior In re Mick's "hordes of uneducated migrants who don't share our cultural values"

Mostly the "not the same cultural values" part.

It's hysterical that Mick and @HereticBD would still stick behind the "cultural values" argument after American conservatives spent years knowingly spreading lies and pretending to believe laughable claims, cheering on discrimination on the basis of religion, trying to overturn a democratic election, and applauding known efforts to disenfranchise racial minorities on objectively baseless grounds.

I mean, what values do American conservatives hold that they don't? Belief in democracy? LOL, nope. Belief in secularism? LOL, nope. Belief in multiculturalism? LOL, nope. Support for science? LOL, nope. Support of rights for homosexuals? LOL, nope.

The American right is ideologically and ethically indistinguishable from - or, better yet, definitively less politically defensible than - conservatives in Arab and African countries. The thing is.....those foreign conservatives have an excuse on the basis of largely not having access to great education and not having instantaneous access to all the information in the world through high-speed internet.

I would rather someone just grow some balls [insert joke about liberals believing genitals don't matter, etc.] and say they believe/know nonwhites are genetically inferior or incapable of rational thought.
Blah blah blah.

This has nothing to do with the incongruence between European (specifically German) values and those of chiefly displaced Syrian migrants. This is what resulted in Germany's comic sense of betrayed shock at the Cologne Christmas mass rape. This is why countries like France, The Netherlands, and Denmark continue to pass increasingly restrictive laws to curb these communities from propagating their incompatible values within their countries, or to simply target them as a group in the interest of national security. It's why nearly every country moved quickly to curb the immigrant inflow despite decades of lecturing Americans at every instance where we endeavored to do the same concerning our southern border; with Greece in particular suffering as the gateway limbo.

These issues aren't a problem when it's a trickle of typically more educated and affluent immigrants. When it's an opportunistic horde of impoverished migrants springing from a region that's cultural capital either contributed to its unsustainability or instability as a home...it changes things.

And, as I predicted in that thread, you delivered an off-topic rant about American conservatives because of an offhanded comment I added analogizing how Europeans proved so naively unprepared for the reality of these challenges when we Americans understood them much better from our decades of experience. That sentiment was added as insight to my comment mocking any European who believes that European police are better trained or prepared to cope with the crime American cops face on a daily basis. What a joke. The streets of Minneapolis would chew them up.

It must have been a nightmare moderating this place with me a few years back.

Dude loves his IDPOL nonsense and Herry is all about that life as well
Basically they're on the same team so SDW likes him for that.

Obviously I am friendly with leftist posters but there are some right wing posters who are intelligent that I consider among the best posters in the WR. Heretic is not among them to say the least.

If I had a list of people of "I don't agree a lot with, but are really cool" I would put you on the top of that list. @Officer Rick is on that list too... @Strychnine ...hmm...who else...

Trying to think of others....nah, I hate all the rest of those motherfuckers.

{<redford}

We may not all always agree but we can all be bros, sisters, and family.

I appreciate the actual response. You didn't actually rebut anything I said or clarify what "cultural values" you were meaning to describe, but you did reply sort of on the topic. So that's appreciated. It's a low bar, but you're nevertheless the first to clear it.
