Lmfao!! I am not somewhat black nor have I ever felt the urge to snowboard.

I am cracking up though. My sister likes snowboarding but she’s been living in Massachusetts for a long time now. It looks fun.

You're going to have to work "Somewhat Black" into your belt, location, av...... I don't care specifically where it is... but it's up there with "scariest Jew since Kissinger" lol

In Belgium, you can get fined for insulting a police officer.
You can in america too. Flipping off a cop gets you arrested tho its legal to. There was a guy who went around flipping off cops and would see if he got arrested. Take them to court over it if they fined him or arrested him.

Lmfao I remember when you always used to call me Asian. Drove me crazy tbh. I get confused for Latino but never Asian or black lmao

Oh damn sorry

I blame it on your location.... and my racisms
Oh those were definitely the causes lol. Tbf I think the census lumps Asian/Pacific Islander together but we definitely consider those two very distinct categories. I’d alway be like, “Hawaiians aren’t Asians!!” All outraged like @Gregolian or something.

Most people on the east coast probably don’t know any Pacific Islanders I’d imagine. I remember when I went to college there were lots of questions lol. My teammates were mostly black and had no filter when talking about that kind of stuff.

“Yo Jesus, really what are you? You not white but you kinda are.”

“I’m mostly Northern and Eastern European and Polynesian”

“Cool, cool. I could tell from your skull shape you were something different.”

<45>

Sounds cool. I have actually been above the snowline in a few countries, but I've never actually seen it snow.

Man, that is actually sad. If health, money, and pandemics permit, you should change that.

If it makes you feel better I believe I referred to American Indians as Asians as well....

Yeah, I mean I could always just ride over to Mt Hotham in winter and have a look I guess. Riding on ice is a bit shit though.

@Khabib Khanate @AgonyandIrony

Good read. Ortiz is a stain on the Obama administration, and she should be tossed aside with the rest of labor's enemies.

What in the actual duck?

This brings me to a thought I've had lately, that women of color can be some of the most brutal enforcers of the right wing status quo. They provide the optics of change which gives them cover for brazen moves. Kamala is arguably another example.

Conversely old white men can be some of the most progressive agents of change since they're less threatening to reactionaries and therefore have more leeway. Bernie is the prime example.

Not saying we should have less women of color in positions of authority, just something I've noted. Just look at AOC's short career to see the level of scrutiny and reactionary fervor a progressive woman of color is subjected to. We need more women like her in politics but it's no wonder why there haven't been too many yet.

Medieval history also turns me off. Part because of the parochial nature of petty dynasties and part because how extremely uncool it appears in modern depictions. Any chance it had at redeeming some historical dignity was speared through the heart by the modern renaissance fair movement.

I'm ancient history all the way, brother.
I like late Medieval and early Modern history the most, I like to see what various cultures were like on the eve of modernity and what their transition into it was like.

Plus it being more recent means a lot of documentary and archeological evidence remains in tact so you get a better view of what daily life for the average person was like.

No, it’s one of those “commentary” comics where the author pens down his thoughts in 4 frames and he draws himself as a better looking dude than he actually is.

I turn my head when there’s a strong, fit woman. Someone who can pin me to the wall and grind my dick to dust.
I feel more or less the same way except I wanted (and found) a woman who is smarter than me.
