Greg I made a keto Buffalo cauliflower and I’m going to use it to make Buffalo chicken (cauliflower) wraps. I’ll keep you posted if it’s delicious.

I've done that before. Cut the florets up a little smaller, mix some melted butter (you probably use something different being vegetarian) and your favorite hot sauce. Brush said mixture on the cauliflower then back it in an oven.

I used an air fryer and steam the cauliflower a bit firs, the soaked it in a. BUtter milk hot sauce mix, then rolled it seasoned flour readcrumb mix. I plan to just use Frank’s Buffalo sauce.

What's funny is that the people who definitely lobbied those apps, etc. are definitely the same people who lobby the government for deregulatory financial policy in the name of freedom to contract.

When I did it I used Cholula.
