Take up a hobby maybe?
It appears as though my hope that my sheepish gif, "I'm sorry" opening and my generally mirthful approach to that post would shine through is a forlorn one. I make no claims of superiority, I'm but sharing an involuntary fixation I have been unable to assuage, we all know that using language properly is stupid.

I've ordered two books on chess recommended to me by esteemed colleagues and I'm going to get into that, we'll see if that provides me with sufficient distraction. (I've also ordered a book on how to be a shepherd, but that's neither here nor there) If nothing else it should remind me sufficiently of my own intellectual shortcomings.

How did you feel about the M60 in the trunk gimmick? I thought it was so stupid.
It makes sense Walt would think of something like that but for a show that at least felt SOMEWHAT grounded in reality... it was like something out of a fucking shitty 80s action movie.

That scene felt like the writers backed themselves into a corner and couldn't think of a workable out that allowed Walt to free Jesse but also get what he wanted from the situation.

Seriously , I could probably help you out with cheap lodging.
Will I keep both my kidneys at said lodging?

That’s not just horny, that’s a mental disorder. I know, don’t kinkshame.

But being a cannibal is not okay right up until you get a fucking boner from it, then it’s a precious kink that may not be mocked.
They all get a boner from it. In fact the majority of serial killers get sexual gratification from killing.

Also I think this got “leaked” as a last ditch effort to get people interested in this guy

Yeah, about that...
Well, it was only one day. They aren’t camped out for weeks.

but, it was a bad look and did not help their cause at all. It just played right into the Democrat’s hands.

at least they did focus on government buildings instead of private property and individuals who have nothing to do with it.

they definitely jumped the gun. The assumption of cheating isn’t a good enough reason to storm the Capitol. That being said, if proof of vote manipulation turns up and it is ignored, I’m all for Revolution.

I like the mountains and being outdoors. All alone in a tent in the biggest nature reserve of Slovenia, thunder rolling down the valley in the distance. Bathing in a river was amazing, drinking water right from a source too.

Didn't do that for a whole month of course, I helped some people with their permaculture project. Making compost, chopping wood, shit like that.

It was great being off grid.
Everyone should do something like this at least once

I miss playing chess

@JDragon can't remember if it was you among others here always riding my ass to watch Breaking Bad.

Finished it last night. Final thoughts:
- I feel bad for Skyler given how shit unfolded in season 5. She's still a complete bitch though

- Feel the worst for Walt Jr and Holly. Walt Jr is a bystander that will forever hate his dad and likely be connected to the worst of his dad

- I like how Walt tried to redeem himself by forcing his former business partners to hold his money to give to his kids

- What happened to Hank and Steve you could see coming from a mile away but it still sucked to see

- Marie got screwed

- Jesse got EXTRA screwed (still need to watch El Camino sometime)

- Saul ALSO got screwed. Watched the opening to Better Call Saul and watching him as a Cinnabon manager watching his old commercials on VHS was rough. I get WHY he ran, even though he ultimately probably didn't have to

*Add Slovenia to country to visit if I ever go to Europe
Jesse should be dead or in jail, but no he got to have his stupid hero moment killing Meth Damon despite it making 0 sense.
Also, I bet those Nazi's raped the shit out of him. Nazi's love rape.

The story? Or how it relates to your question?
Both?

It's a fairy tale about a little princess that was very picky about where she slept.
Ok, I am now curious how that relates to what I said.

Jesse SHOULD be in jail. I ain't seen El Camino yet but I know he has some weird Fistful of Dollars esque showdown at one point in it as I saw a clip of it. The short 3 minutes I saw of Better Call Saul immediatley removed the bad taste left in my mouth after Season 5 of Breaking Bad.

And yeah, Jesse 100% got fucking raped.

I need to finish BCS. Only saw the first two seasons but it was great.

I only saw the opening portion and I loved it. Of all the morally grey characters in BB he's the one I legit feel bad for. Was trying to make a buck (yeah, illegally) and his client was a fucking DIPSHIT that wouldn't listen to his advice so he had to go on the run for fear of his life.

Mike as well a bit.
"Shut the fuck up and let me die in peace"

Mike had Walt all figured out and died because of it. Poor old man just wanted to support his granddaughter.

Saul for me is probably the best character followed shortly by Mike. They both knew what they were and embraced it rather than trying to rationalize it away.

Saul also had that great bit of advice when he was in the basement for Walt:
"For as smart as Mike was and all he wanted was for his money to go to his granddaughter guess what? The Feds still got every last dime. Give it up Walt... it ain't worth it"

Saul isn't as morally bankrupt as Walt is but at the same time, he knows he's operates further on the wrong side than he should but he can admit it. So many instances in this show where if Walt and Jesse actually heed Saul's advice shit wouldn't have gone south.

I know you hate Jesse but seeing him at least try to get the money to Mike's grand daughter I liked.

Most of my hate for Jesse comes from the fans of the show basically blowing him with their praise, he definitely has his good moments
