Don't feel like looking up what the process is for statehood but if it requires anything other than a simple majority in both houses, it's not passing. Another Democratic state is the last thing conservatives want.

That movie inspired the Gumball 3000, a rally I have been dying to do.

And every second truck in my area has a CB.

What about gun racks ?

When I was a kid every second truck ( so about a third of the vehicles) had a cb and a gun rack .

Gun racks no. haven't seen one of those since the 90's, unless it was used for holding fishing rods.
