TBF, me not having a truck payment now and my folks letting me live rent free as long as I help around the house (and I have forced my way into cooking dinner twice a week as well to give my mom a break in the kitchen) is helping me immensely play catch up and save money. Maybe I'll finally get to fix my windshield.

I should get a second car though someday. When I had to take my truck to the shop last year for the tranny replacement (giggity) it sucked not having transportation. But I have no clue what I can go get. I know what I would want.


But not idea what I could afford or would go with.

Also, you're opposite of me. Every vehicle in my family and the two vehicles I have used/owned were white or at least primarily white.

Man, white is not my color. Aside from the fact that them bitches get stupid dirty, you look goofy as shit in a white whip with 5% tint. I'm planning on keeping it, so I may get it blacked out at some point.

And dood, go somewhere with loaner cars lol. It'll change your life

Interesting idea generally. A lot of issues are "contentious" despite totally one-sided evidence (do tax cuts for the rich increase growth or even so much so that they're self-financing? Is climate change a hoax? Does immigration reduce wages? Etc.). Looks like you're looking for issues where there really is a legitimate dispute, though. Maybe something on gun ownership and crime? Or the impact of free trade on wages and unemployment (maybe something more specific, like NAFTA)?

The place had a loaner car but I didn't take it initially.... why? They said they'd get the transmission inside of 3 days and have me my truck back a week later. 3 weeks later and the transmission still hadn't arrived.

I have a white paint job but my next truck I want in a color similar to this:


That crimson/maroon red of the logo.

You know, that description ain't wrong, in America too. The C class is the epitome of "I made it in the club, but I can't order bottle service". Lord help you if you have anything that wouldn't have a manufacturers warranty. Used Benzes are the folly of many broke ass brothers.

C Class Mercs to me have always stuck out like the 2--i Beamers or like the Boxster from Porsche.

LOL no I did not. Plus I negotiated a steep discount from the wait and having a friend recommend them to me cause he used to work there.

I basically got the employee discount plus some.

Andy was just asking me if the point I made sunk in to the person I made it to. It was kind of a more-general thing, I guess (not so much directed toward you as riffing off your point). I'd expect you do agree and did before I said anything. Also could ask @Lord Coke. My take is that any level individual intelligence isn't even close to enough to keep you alive in a relatively easy place to survive that you're unfamiliar with, much less enough to get you to have correct beliefs about political issues. I suspect the guy's IQ score is gamed but that it's legitimately extremely high, which means jack squat when it comes to whether his idiotic CTs are true.
