Just check any thread about a black person dying. Open racism is tolerated by the community and oftentimes the mods.

What about the elevators?

My favorite performance of the decade.

Those shots are crispy as all hell, and with surreal razor sharp footwork. His pivots give me raging boxing boners, he is/was fucking awesome.

Somewhat related, why do some people in the US spell a Döner "Donaire"?

I’ve received those before, rightfully so imo, but this case was a huge blunder.
Thier is a lot of things that get unchecked here buddy but this this website is way more relaxed then the last website they used to go too.

Were they working? Nobody has answered me that.

You crack me up. You spent months denying it all only to now admit if they are working or not. My guy, own up to it next time.

Do black Americans share a culture? If so, is every observation of it racist?

The question didn't mention "black Americans", and even then I'd be surprised if they did in fact all share a culture.
However even in regards to African Americans my understanding is that this is a specifically derogatory ethnic/racial stereotype, little different to "greedy Jews".
That's absolutely not going to be tolerated here.

@Deorum

What is this shit? Duran is probably the only fighter you can make an argument for as being both a top 10 offensive fighter of all time, and a top 10 defensive fighters of all time.

Whitaker was an awkward southpaw who during his day was great but got so much dick riding for beating a fading Chavez and now kind of just a forgotten fighter. He deserves better, but more skillful than Duran?

LOL. No way.

The whole Duran is a brawler thing was just shit marketing that was done to promote him to shit casuals as part of a story line. Sugar Ray Leonard had better power at 147 than Duran did for Christ's sake. Duran the brawler is the most ridiculous piece of boxing total bullshit lore next to Muhammad Ali was getting beaten pillar to post until Foreman punched himself out, in Zaire. Just total, 100% shameless bullshit.

Do you think culture exists? Pretty sure "not all" is gonna apply wherever one looks.

Tolerate whatever floats your boat.

I don't think saying "Whitaker was more skilled than Duran" is a matter of dismissing Duran as just a brawler. I mean, I could say "Whitaker was more skilled than Floyd Mayweather" but that doesn't make Floyd just a brawler either. It's just a matter of opinion.

Let's face it, Whitaker went pretty far for a guy who couldn't really punch worth a damn. Duran, on the other hand, was dropping middleweights on their ass.

Power is a great equalizer in the sport of boxing, and Duran possessed that particular attribute in spades.

Of course culture exists. "Black" does not equate to "black American" and derogatory ethnic/cultural stereotypes about Black Americans are still racist.

IMO misspelling the drowned dude on purpose to make fun of his name and way of death is much worse, here is the quote:

"My guess is they didn't teach Quaqwan how to swim"

Can you swim?

I can understand that, but when there’s no pushback to it, it makes this place earn its reputation as “sherfront”.

True.

Growing up I dealt with racism with fast hands or a faster wit.

These days I just go off social media for a month or two.
