I love shepards pie. I make it with paprika and cheese covered sweet potato topping, over a layer of sliced hard boiled egg, and then the roo mince, which I make similar to chili, but with more worcestershire sauce, corn, peas and carrot.

I mean, if he was just gonna tall at me for two minutes and do nothing, a telehealth appointment would have sufficed

I mean, if he was just gonna tall at me for two minutes and do nothing, a telehealth appointment would have sufficed

Was this an ent by chance? In my exp they are the worst. Always late see you for 3 minutes and are all off by 3 every day to work on a good golf tan. That said I kinda like mine he did fix my shit once I finally landed in his office but he is absolutely a ridiculous character that looks like a soap opera doctor. I never asked but I'd stake my life the 911 in the parking lot when I go is totally him

There isn't one, other than my sleep apnea is so severe that surgery is a better option to the mask. So I have to wait for the surgeon /ent to contact me and hopefully go over options

That sucks dude. I waited 14 hours in emergency with my GF(now wife) once because she hurt her back at work and was in extreme pain.

14 fucking hours. They just came in, looked at it physically and told her to take advil and come back if it still hurts in a few days. No x-rays, no anything. I complained and they literally said "she is young, you don't want x-rays down near her ovaries " etc

We left incredibly pissed off.

However a few weeks later we found out she was pregnant. Which was fucking spooky. Small chance an xray does anything, but still spooky.
