Than*They aren't going to trade Lonzo for Bev. They can get a lot better value then that lol. This isn't NBA 2k

Moses is the most underrated for me. But I'm with you on Hakeem.... if I was starting a team from scratch and could draft anybody from anytime I'd pick Hakeem over Jordan.
GOAT tier
Jordan
Hakeem
Kareem
LeBron
Wilt
Magic
Bird
Shaq
Not at all. He's better offensively as well.
He was more versatile on offense but was he really better? Shaq was unguardable and he played in the golden era of big men
The thing with Shaq is coasted during the regular season as absurd as that sounds.
In the playoffs the true beast was unleashed. Look at his rebounding discrepancy between the regular season and playoffs
Kobe belongs if Bird does.
If I'm starting a franchise he's one of my top 3 picks.John stockton is still one of the best to ever play.
Better in a different type of way though. Technically not more “dominant”if you get what I’m saying. Hakeem has more tools on offense(like shooting from the outside and free throws) but it’s hard to say shaq wasn’t “more” dominant at what he did best, in the paint.
like I said it’s kinda like pulling at straws and finding the right words to describe their skills.
I do pick Hakeem though just because his all around game was “better,” Or more diverse
Does it make sense to say Hakeem was better but shaq more dominant? Does that even make sense? It kinda sounds like it doesn’t but I find it the best way to describe their careers.
Watching highlights with him and Karl always puts a smile to my face how good they where. If I'm starting a franchise he's one of my top 3 picks.

There was a great video I think @heavyarms21 posted in the NBA thread not that long ago breaking down Shaq's technique but I'm having trouble finding it
Hakeem was unguardable. Go look at highlights. That's why Kobe and Lebron came down to Houston to work with him. Look up what MJ says
I understand what you're saying. Hard to argue against Shaq's pure power in the paint. He probably got fouled on nearly every possession.
Hakeem was just amazing to watch on both ends of the floor. He literally did everything.

Here is a pretty Good One. Shaq was monster , with way more skill than given credit for.
I guess my point is that if they are both unguardable is one better than the other? How can you be better than that?
That is the one, thanks dude!
@StoneColdSteveAustin this is pretty great imo at breaking down Shaq,s footwork and underrated D
