What does it matter if she made a porn tape? Are you worried about what other people will think? If so, that's kind of sad; both for your fiance and also for what it says about your self esteem.

In regard to the OP's question, who said that she only participated in ONE porn film...It shows that she was obviously immature at the time. I am just assuming that she stopped participating in films because she realized that what she was doing wasn't ideal. I've met many prostitutes who when they found out what was truly involved with the job stopped immediately. It is situations or circumstances such as drug addiction or addiction to money that overcome the immorality they may or may not have with this occupation.

It is sad that some of you judge people so harshly as if they are lesser than people. Sometimes you need to look at yourself before you cast judgement on someone else. I understand why this happens though and it is usually due to inadequacy of self or insecurity. The only prostitutes/pornstars/strippers that I probably would not consider a relationship would be one that has been in the business for a very long time and I would not engage in relations with her because of the psychological rammifications that come with the job.

You do not have to agree with what I say but I do have perspective in this subject. Also, my best friend married a former prostitute despite my objection, which wasn't due to her being a former prostitute (lets hear all the bashing).

Edit: Since this is a purely hypothetical situation it is really hard to say whether or not I would marry her because I don't know what kind of person she is provided the description in the OP. I'm just saying I will give her the benefit of the doubt.

I don't care if I'm being judgmental, humans are fucking judgmental, that's what we do, we judge stuff and stereotype things so we don't have to waste our time knowing every single person individually, it's an evolutionary thing, we didn't have time to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, it could've got your ass killed back then.

The point is everyone does it, so the pompous assclowns in this thread saying shit like 'Oh I don't judge anyone because I'm so above your petty human emotions' just look like idiots and bullshitters.

Fact of the matter is that there is a stigma of being a porn star/whore in modern society so people who say they wouldn't marry one aren't fucking 'insecure', such a ridiculous argument. I'm not particularly insecure about the size of my manhood, doesn't mean I'm going to walk around with it flapping about all day. Same reason marrying/being a whore makes you kind of fucked up.

i think the only reason you should ever get married in the first place is if you're truly in love and completely committed to being with this one person.

if you're that far connected to someone, i can't imagine a past skeleton completely severing that.
