Would you eat this copycat Dominos chicken alfredo pasta bread bowl?

It's fine for what it is. I just question trying to recreate the alfredo sauce because that is really tastes bad. Your wife likes what she likes though, nothing wrong with that.
Have you tried Bertolli or are you just generalizing? Because i tried about 5 or 6 brands till i found a brand that is very similar in taste.

I have. I feel like you are still talking about something that taste like dominos alfredo sauce, which is gross. None of them jarred alfredo sauces are any good as far as alfredo sauce goes. They are gross.

Heres the making of the pasta bread bowl.

Interesting choices.

Traditionally you'd use a fully cooked boule as a bread bowl. Then you'd cut the top off, hollow the middle out, add hot pasta, cheese on top, and finish briefly under a broiler or in a hot oven.

You're baking the bread with the filling so this is more of a walled pizza.

A savory tart.

Some yes, i agree. But Bertolli was just like Dominos, which just works. Your problem is you are hung up on what Homemade Alfredo should taste like. This pasta bread bowl isn't supposed to taste like Homemade Alfredo. We seem to be at an impass. i think you should move along.

This is how they are made.

Maybe we can be at an *impasse if you just stop calling it alfredo sauce.

I used get those bake at home rolls, cook them then hollow them out and stuff them full of fettuccine boscaolia.

Not exactly diet food but damn tasty.
