3/8 inch sliced Ribeye on My Hobart Slicer. 30 seconds per side ripping hot pan with butter. Smoked sausage with fried onions, homefries with fried onions, pan seared ribeye topped with dippy eggs with a side of toast.

I regularly eat shit like packs of saltine crackers with "potted meat food product" or generic SPAM and ramen noodles with chicken liver. A carton of 12 eggs for the whole day. Reduced priced moldy bread with canned sardines in tomato sauce.

Of course I'd eat that shit! In fact, I'd tear it up.

Thanks for the compliment......I think?........

Even if you don't like medium rare Ribeye, and dippy eggs, isn't that the most perfect set of white bread toast you ever seen?

Looks like shit boss. Should’ve chopped it all up and tossed it into a burrito or made a sandwich since you got the bread and you sliced the meat that thin.

Ironically, I was debating on making breakfast burritos, or steak and eggs.

Steak is great. At that point seeing the pic of the steak was more interesting than reading words.
I think i understand now, but there is such a thing as a overcooked ribeye, especially a 3/8 thickness.
That said, i should have cut the steak before the perfect egg yoke. That was my wifes. I still havent made mine. I will post another pic when im done drinking and ready to eat, lol
I like to drink till last call 2am even when im at home. lol

Where is the rice? Also why is your fork so tiny?

I'd eat that 100% but I like my eggs well done with Tobasco sauce, melted cheese, and black pepper

I'd eat it your way too though no problem
