I like to sous vide my garlic cloves for 2 weeks until it turns black.The garlic looks raw. Steak looks good, broccoli looks ok.
I'd want that garlic sauteed more.
Or better yet put the whole clove cut in half in foil with olive oil 400 oven for 45 minutes.
