I'm incline to say Yes.

I think Nick hits harder than Nate, has better wrestling, a better chin.

Basically just a little bit better at everything. He was a Strikeforce Champ and Fought GSP.

If it had been the Diaz Trilogy against Conor, i think Nick would have wasted him both times.

By knockout though, not submission.

He might have ended all the Conor hype right then and there, before he even got to Mayweather.

Conor will always have better wins than Nick Diaz ever will.

Hold on.

Eddie Alvarez win is equal to Robbie Lawler

Jose Aldo win is similar to BJ Penn.

Also Nick finished guys like Tibau and was a defending champion in strike force. Defended many times. Conor never did that.

Conor made way more money but Nick has fought the elite in MMA his entire life.

If he kept in shape, definitely. Nick was more talented than Nate and bigger. But it is unfair to compare Nick and Conor, these two are definitely not the same size.

Prime Nick yes, he hits harder than Nate and has better boxing. He traps better against the cage and has better body to head combinations. Stylistically Nick's style is always going to be a tough fight for Conor. Long range/reach, great boxing long range and on the inside, and a granite chin. Conor wouldn't be able to KO/TKO and would be forced to fight a full fight and Nick has the cardio/conditioning advantage. Plus the grappling advantage as well.

Nick would TKO him both times maybe a sub if Conor panic wrestled. Purime Nick was much better than Nate at basically everything.

Nick would fight Conor in a hotel lobby if Conor was doing his usual shit talk. Fight never happens.

Absolutely, not a doubt in my mind. Nick doesn’t need to be prime to be able to beat Conor. Nick has all of the strengths Nate brings, but he’s got a ton of size on Conor. At no point in their respective career arcs does Conor beat Nick.

People really make Nick into this mythical figure and seem to forget his last win was 10 yrs ago.

Nate might not be the best fighter in the world, but he was (at the time that he fought Conor) and is still able to win fights. Or even take fights.
