Yes he can. Khabib is not a slouch when it comes to grappling. He didnt need to rock justin with a huge punch to get him on the ground. He took him down, mounted him and triangle choked him. Even against dustin he did it with little to no damage taken. Khabib vs oliveira would look like fedor vs nogueira.
