Eddie Alvarez is one of the best LWs of all time. There are probably a dozen champions who were worse than him.Kind of a mean spirited thread, but I’d say Eddie Alvarez or Ricco Rodriguez

Yeah it is a bit of an oxymoron to have a “bad fighter” who became champion. That’s why I created this thread because it’s a bit of a difficult question to answerRicco Rodriguez was a highly skilled grappler on par with Nougeria back in the day. One of the greatest BJJ practitioners in the world actually. There are no "worst fighters" who became champions in my opinion.
You are completely missing the point of the thread. The question is which champion had the worst skill set.Any WMMA titleholder.
Anybody that argues with this isn’t being honest.
Agree except for Zhang, I see her and Paul Felder as the same people. And Holm is a copy of her former teammate Cowboy CerroneYou are completely missing the point of the thread. The question is which champion had the worst skillet.
Nunes, Shevchenko, Zhang, Jedrzejczyk, Namajunas, Cyborg, Rousey, Holm
All of them have better skill sets than many former male champions.
Virtually identicalAgree except for Zhang, I see her and Paul Felder as the same people

If Esparza is the worst champ then we should say BJ Penn is. Dude went a decade of prime fighting age without winning a fight.
Do you not?You fist your ass to Trump speeches
He was competitive against Hughes when Hughes was king thoMatt Serra. There is no other option.
She's boring, but pretty good for WMMA. She finished rose and is currently on a 4 fight win streak.Esparza???
Alvarez , as a whole, a bad ass with a great career but if u really look at it- as far as UFC champ is concerned - look at the 3 fights before his shot. He had the round off his life against a then scorching RDA but I think Eddie was at the beginning of other side of career when he got to UFC. Putting women & old school aside, I'd say Serra, Bisping and then Alvarez. Eddie still a legend of sport unlike the other 2.....but thsts me.Alvarez? Really?
damn, sorry bro were im from we have different traditions, no worries i respect ur fisting thing bro, its 2020 baby!! love is love and all that stuff lolYou fist your ass to Trump speeches
