Worst fighter to become champion?

My mistake Sherbro please forgive the transgression I was but a sperm when this forum was founded so I be playin catch-up.
Momma’s teets are not hard to find. Suck down some milk and grow up.

Conor because of his holding the belts hostage and not defending. I hope to never see him as champ again even though I think he is now the best LW after Khabib is gone.

TS fucked the thread from the first post by saying Alvarez. There's easily 10 worst.

Conor. Excellent striking, mediocre wrestling, below average grappling, laughable cardio. No title defences. Refusal to defend shows a lack on confidence in his skills. That's a major red flag, just shows he ain't what he's made out to be.

TS is on a roll....first his dummy thread that Izzy is MW goat and now calling Eddie and Ricco weak fighters. Get help y friend.

Correct answer is likely Dave Menne

Hate to say it but Forest Griffin followed closely by Bisping. Two fighters with miles of heart but not an abundance of talent. It makes their accomplishments more impressive but they weren't holding onto those belts for long.

I would say with honesty that Robs title run wasn’t good. He won the interim title but became undisputed when GSP vacated. His second fight with Romero while I personally thought he won, was understandably contentious and I can see people scoring it for Romero. Then his loss to Izzy(aka the most depressing day in the sport for me) was just a nail in the coffin.

But he’s still a great fighter and he’s still my boi!

the second Romero fight wasn’t a legitimate title fight either because Romero missed weight, so Whittaker never really even technically defended his title.
