The worst has to be Cain v. JDS, as TS said. Not only did it happen twice, but it was so prolonged. JDS was the clear second best HW at the time as well, not an underserving challenger. He looked helpless, like a drowning man.

Cain vs. Bigfoot was terrible both times as well. He finished him the same way both times, in a pool of blood. No heavyweight ever looked so dominant. Unfortunately, Cain spent so much time fighting the same two guys four times.
